miyazawa-cmd（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するiOSアプリ「Tilt & Stack」の利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、このアプリが情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。
当方は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、正確な位置情報などの個人情報を、アプリを通じて直接収集することはありません。アカウント登録やログインも必要ありません。当方は、当方のサーバーを持たず、利用者のデータを当方のサーバーに保存することもありません。ただし、広告を表示するために、下の「広告」のとおり、Google AdMob と Google Mobile Ads SDK が一部の情報を取得することがあります。
Tilt & Stack は、次の情報を端末内に保存します。ハイスコア上位10件、選択したテーマ、「広告を消す」の購入状態、広告を出す頻度の管理に使う情報（ゲームオーバーの回数と、前回の広告を表示した時刻）です。これらは端末内に保存され、当方には送信されません。アプリを削除すると、端末内のこれらのデータも削除されます。
Tilt & Stack は、次の第三者サービスを利用します。第三者サービスによる情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
Tilt & Stack は、Google AdMob を使って、次の2種類の広告を表示します。
広告の表示にあたり、Google AdMob と Google Mobile Ads SDK は、利用者の端末から次のような情報を取得することがあります（Google の案内による）。
これらは、広告の配信、広告の効果の測定、不正の防止、広告サービスの改善のために使われます。Google が取得した情報の保持期間や削除は、Google のポリシーに従います（上のリンク）。当方は、それらの情報を保有していません。広告の表示には、インターネット接続が必要です。
トラッキングの許可（ATT）：初回起動時、またはまだ回答していない場合に、iOS の「トラッキングの許可」の確認が表示されます。許可すると、他のアプリやWebサイトでの行動情報にもとづいて広告が選ばれることがあります。許可しなくても広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズされない広告が表示される場合があります。この許可は、iOS の「設定」の「プライバシーとセキュリティ」の「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
広告に関する同意（UMP）：EEA（欧州経済領域）・英国・スイスなど、同意が求められる地域では、広告に関する同意の画面（Google の User Messaging Platform）が表示されます。一度回答したあとでも、アプリ内の「プライバシー設定」（テーマの画面にあります）から、いつでも同意を変更・撤回できます。この「プライバシー設定」は、同意が求められる地域でのみ表示されます。
当方は、利用者の行動を分析する目的の解析ツールは使っていません。
Tilt & Stack の利用にアカウント登録やログインは必要ありません。アカウントを作らないため、当方が保有するアカウントデータはありません。
「広告を消す」（買い切り）は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。当方が支払い情報を収集・保存することはありません。購入すると、全画面広告は表示されなくなります。「広告を消す」が消すのは全画面広告だけで、利用者が自分で選んで見るリワード動画は、そのまま使えます。購入した内容は、テーマの画面の「購入を復元」から復元できます。課金処理にはAppleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
Tilt & Stack は、子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。当方は、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定し、重要な変更は本ページでお知らせします。

miyazawa-cmd ("we" or "us") respects the privacy of users of our iOS app "Tilt & Stack." This policy explains how the app handles information.
We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number or precise location through the app. No account or login is required. We do not operate servers for the app and do not store your data on our servers. However, to show ads, Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect certain information, as described under "Advertising" below.
Tilt & Stack stores the following on your device: your top 10 scores, your selected theme, your Remove Ads purchase status, and information used to manage how often ads appear (the number of game overs and the time the last ad was shown). This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. When you delete the app, this on-device data is deleted as well.
Tilt & Stack uses the following third-party services. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.

This is used to serve ads, measure their effectiveness, prevent fraud, and improve the advertising service. How long Google keeps this information, and how it is deleted, is governed by Google's policies (linked above). We do not hold this information. An internet connection is needed to show ads.
Tracking permission (ATT): On first launch, or if you have not yet answered, iOS asks whether to allow tracking. If you allow it, ads may be selected using your activity in other apps and websites. If you do not allow it, ads are still shown, but they may be non-personalized ads. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Advertising consent (UMP): In regions where consent is required, such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, an advertising consent screen (Google's User Messaging Platform) is shown. Even after you have answered, you can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Privacy and cookie settings" in the app (on the theme screen). This entry is shown only in regions where consent is required.
We do not use analytics tools to analyze your behavior.
No account or login is required to use Tilt & Stack. Because there are no accounts, we hold no account data.
"Remove Ads" (a one-time purchase) is processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). We do not collect or store payment information. After you buy it, full-screen ads are no longer shown. Remove Ads removes only full-screen ads; the rewarded videos that you choose to watch remain available. You can restore your purchase with "Restore Purchases" on the theme screen. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to purchase processing.
Tilt & Stack is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as needed. Important changes will be posted on this page.
